Gallop was built by the people who ran modernization at the largest scale there is.

Our founders spent years at Amazon and Google migrating mission-critical production systems that couldn't afford to break. That front-row seat is where we learned why modernization fails.

The problem we started with

We watched the same failure repeat, project after project. Teams spend months just understanding what the old system does, because the business logic lives in stored procedures, dead code, and the memory of engineers who left years ago. By the time anyone starts building the replacement, half the budget is gone and nobody fully trusts what's being rebuilt. We'd seen it enough times, from the inside, to know the fix had to go deeper than a better consulting process.

We'd watched this happen enough times to know the fix had to go deeper than a better consulting process: give the work to agents that can read the whole system at once, and give humans a way to check that work at every step.

Our operating principles

Engineering rigor applied to enterprise systems

Google-grade SDLC

We bring the discipline of hyperscale software delivery into every modernization plan and every review before release.

Verifiable AI

Our agents are built for traceable execution - testable changes and verification paths that enterprise teams can trust.

Enterprise scaling

Gallop is built for mission-critical estates where complex integrations and governance can’t be treated as edge cases.

Customer-centered

Modernization only matters when it lowers operating risk and speeds product delivery — giving teams their roadmap back.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

Gallop is already running modernization inside some of the most complex enterprise estates in retail, healthcare and beyond — the kind with decades of accumulated logic, hundreds of integrations, and no margin for downtime. These aren’t pilots chosen for how clean they are. They’re the tangled, business-critical systems that most modernization efforts stall on — which is exactly where a platform earns trust.

We’re a Google Cloud, AWS and Azure partner, deployed inside our customers’ own environments, and held to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. The platform is efficient enough that a small team delivers what used to take hundreds — the same leverage we now hand to our customers’ teams, so their people stay in control of the systems they’ll own, and build on, long after go-live.

Gallop's agents do the majority of the execution work, but nothing ships without a human checking it first. That check is the design, not a limitation we're working around.

We're building toward a platform that keeps enterprise systems modern permanently. A standing capability, not a one-time migration project.
